Submit to the SEC

The Societies Executive Committee (SEC) of the Students' Union meets 4x per academic year to review new society starter packs, constitution amendments, and grant applications.

You must send your submissions by the following deadlines*:

• 04/10/26
• 15/11/26
• 07/02/27
• 28/03/27

* Deadlines are typically the Sunday before the SEC meeting on the following Thursday. These deadlines are tentative and subject to change. 

Your committee will have an opportunity to attend the SEC meeting to argue the case for your project.
