Movember.

Movember is an annual movement dedicated to raising awareness of men’s mental health prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Throughout November, people around the world come together to start conversations, challenge stigmas, and raise money to support men’s health. It reminds us that checking in with ourselves and others, speaking openly, and asking for help when needed can make a real difference.

Last year, the University of Stirling community came together, with 75 teams taking part and an amazing £52,000 raised for Movember! This year, we’re aiming even higher, with a target of £60,000. Join us this November as we come together once again to support men’s health, raise awareness, and be the difference.
