Who we are

The University of Stirling Weightlifting Club provides a supportive and inclusive environment for students of all levels, from beginners to experienced lifters. The club offers coaching in Olympic weightlifting techniques, including the snatch and clean & jerk, and is supported by the university's training facilities within the Sports Centre. In addition to weightlifting, the club promotes overall fitness, injury prevention, and a balanced training approach. It fosters a strong sense of community, where members can connect, share advice, and motivate each other. 

Our Coach, Colin Hannah is BWL Level 2 Certified and will be teaching us every week. 

Our Training times are:

Tuesday 3pm - 4pm
