Stirling University Men's Hockey Club (SUMHC) combines competitive hockey with great socials and many opportunities to make friends, with the aim to further enhance their university experience.
There are weekly coach-led training sessions for all 3 teams, and competitive matches in BUCS and the East District 1st Division, allowing every player in the club to get involved in the competitive aspect of SUMHC.
Regarded as the most social club at the university, we cater for all; whether you are an experienced player or have no experience whatsoever. Many of our players who had never picked up a stick before coming to university have found themselves breaking into the 1st XI and becoming key players.
The club is one of the friendliest at the university, combining competitive hockey and regular socials, it's a great way to make friends!
