CSU- Stirling University Cheerleading

Whether you have years of cheer experience or are a complete beginner, CSU welcomes you! 

Cheerleading is a combination of dance, jumps, tumbling and stunts, which are put together to form a routine. We then take these routines to compete around the country. Cheerleading has become a popular option at university due to the unique nature of the sport. 

We have four competitive teams; Cheer levels 1 + 2, pom and lyrical. Our competition teams are of mixed ability, so don't worry if you're completely new. We also have team socials, so there is something for everyone! 

We take pride in our teams and have also ranked first place in cheer, lyrical and pom at multiple competitions. 

The competition teams will be chosen in October, therefore we encourage everyone who is interested to get involved from the beginning of semester. Don't be put off if you don't have experience, many of our competitive team members started off with no experience- simply turn up and enjoy yourself!
