Welcome to the University of Stirling Ice Skating Club

Whether you’re a seasoned skater or just beginning, our club is a friendly and inclusive space for anyone interested in ice skating. Everyone is welcome!

We organise regular group skating sessions at The Peak and host fun social events throughout the year. It’s a great way to meet fellow students, enjoy time on the ice, and build lasting friendships. Skates can be rented at the rink(£4), so you don’t need your own equipment to take part.

Sessions

Proficient (confidently skate without the wall) skating sessions typically take place every Friday from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm at The Peak Stirling. These sessions are quieter than public sessions and allow for tricks (jumps and spins), and must have their own skates as skate hire is not available.

Public sessions alternate every week between Saturday (5:30pm to 7:00pm) and Sunday (3:15pm to 4:45pm). Busier than proficient, no tricks allowed, skate hire available (£4).
