Baking Society

Thanks for visiting our page! We're so excited that you're interested in joining our new society...

We meet regularly every other Friday on campus at 7pm in C.2X4 (the room is subject to change, so please check our emails and socials prior to meeting)! Additionally we have a monthly crafting sessions where we gather and create together. 

We all bake beforehand and bring the bakes to the meetings, where we all try each other's over a cup of tea/coffee and talk about our creations. We also have wee quizzes and games, too!

Each meeting there is a theme for the bakes which is decided on the previous week by a randomizer filled with lots of ideas that our members come up with at the start of the year. We've had all sorts -  'Favourite Bake', 'Halloween', 'No-bake Week' and lots more! 

There's no need to have any prior experience with baking to join - our society is all about creating and sharing great things with the community and building friendships over food. We offer a cheery and supportive environment for people to eat nice things and improve their baking!
