When and where do we meet?

During the semester, we meet every Tuesday of October and November in the Venue (except October 24th) for our weekly salsa and bachata dance lessons. That's in the Stirling Students' Union, downstairs, next to Starbucks. The classes are open level, which means open to dancers of all levels.

About the Latin Dance Society

Our society brings people together through social dance and music. Cuban salsa, originally called Casino and born when merging Afro-Cuban rhythms, has been fundamental at the society since before the COVID-19 pandemic. We offer Bachata classes since 2022, and Kizomba workshops since 2023, as many dance events will play all salsa, bachata and kizomba music. Once you acquire the skills of leading or following, you can go to dance congresses and connect with people anywhere in the world! See you in our dance lessons, or join us for a social or party in or outside Stirling.
