
Powerful yoga and meditation sessions led by the international spiritual organisation Isha Foundation, aiming to provide tools to manage body, mind and emotions; helping to develop inner balance and stability. During these challenging times, it’s vital? to nurture our inner wellbeing and to provide support for both ourselves and those around us.
These sessions are 60 minutes that include practices that support and boost the immune system. No previous experience of yoga is required. The practices require a space the size of a yoga mat, and some can even be practiced whilst sitting at a desk. Light stomach condition is preferable for receiving all the benefits of the sessions. The sessions are conducted by teachers who have received extensive training by the Isha Foundation. This event is free of charge and open to all students and staff from all year groups.
The first session will have a focus on Wellbeing; the second on Mental Health; and the third and last one on Success.
