The University of Stirling Students' Union is interested in finding out if the student experience of international students has been impacted by the 2016 UK referendum to leave the European Union ('Brexit'). We hope to collect as many different viewpoints, opinions and experiences from international students as possible, so that we can best support or serve our international student community.

This survey is the first step in a year-long research project, funded by the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA), which focuses on your experience at Stirling. If you're interested in taking part in a focus group or one-on-one interview, please feel free to contact Amy Eberlin, Democracy & Research Coordinator at the Students' Union (

The information from this survey will be used by the Students' Union to inform potential policy developments and/or the development of international student-specific support. Your anonymous information will also be used in internal and external reports, which are intended to establish good practice within the Scottish HE sector.
