Throughtout November, we are getting you all moving with our 'Challenge Yourself' campaign. Undertaken as part of our wider Healthy Body, Healthy Mind initiative, it's designed so that everyone can get involved in some way shape or form. With prizes on offer across sports teams, clubs and societies and for individuals, it's really easy to take part - simply challenge yourself (or your club or class mates) - whatever you decide is your challenge. Share you photos and experiences with us using the hashtag #StirChallenge across social media.
With a host of activities taking place to get involved with as well, the only thing you need to decide is what you're going to do as part of #StirChallenge
6th November – Loch Walk at 12pm (Meet outside Underground)
13th November – Just Play Sport (Badminton) at 12pm (Meet at Sports Centre)
19th November – Dumyat Hill Climb at 12pm (Meet in the Atrium)
29th November – Functional Circuits at 5:15pm (Meet at Sports Centre)
