On the 14th of March, Stirling Law Society will be holding a trip to the Scottish Parliment. It will begin with a lunch with Dean Lockhart MSP - one of the list MSP's for this region. This is an excellent opportunity to get the inside scoop on what it is like to be a legislator and the process of making law. This will be followed by a tour of the Parliment. After that, we will sit in on the chamber proceedings and observe the law being made, finishing about 4 pm.
Travel will be from Stirling Railway Station at 10.20am sharp. Please be there in plenty of time to obtain a ticket. If you wish to make alternative travel arrangements, make sure let us know and we will tell you where and when to meet us in Edinburgh. Students will pay their own travel costs but there are no other costs involved.
If you are interested or have questions, please email Harry at firstname.lastname@example.org. There are limited places so it will be first come first served. You will need to have a Law society membership to attend.
