• Number of employability skills required: 2
• Training course attendances required: 0

Recognition: 

• Name featured in a monthly Volunteer Spotlight post on social media 

Level 2 - Change Maker

Eligibility:

• Hours: 50
• Number of employability skills required: 4
• Training course attendances required: 1

Recognition: 

• Community Starter reward

• Digital Certificate of Achievement which you can share on your LinkedIn, etc.

Level 3 - Impact Leader 

Eligibility:

• Hours: 75
• Number of employability skills required: 6
• Training course attendances required: 2

Recognition: 

• All Change Maker rewards 

• Personalised letter of recognition from the Vice President of Communities    

• Entry into a prize draw for a special gift voucher  

Level 4 - Community Champion 

Eligibility:

• Hours: 100
• Number of employability skills required: 7
• Training course attendances required: 3

Recognition: 

• All Impact Leader rewards 

• Eligible to be nominated by the Union for external awards (e.g., SVE’s Inspire Volunteering Awards)  

• Special recognition at the annual Students' Union Awards and automatically shortlisted to win the Community Champion trophy at the ceremony. (Note that you would need to reach the Community Champion milestone by the 16th of March to be included in the 2026 awards ceremony.)

At every level, eligible students will receive a banner for their email signature.

After you achieve each level, you will be contacted by the end of the month with your reward(s).
