Ahead of the first General Meeting of the Academic Year, and as per our 'Lapsed Policy' Policy, motions should be actively reviewed, and if a policy is deemed out-of-date, does not reflect current student opinion, or has been superseded by a more recent policy, these should be lapsed and archived. The following document contains motions that we recommend should be lapsed or become lapsed at the end of this academic year (if due to lapse this year).

If you have any queries regarding any of the policies which have been included, please submit these through the attached form by 9am, Friday 4th October and a member of the Student Voice Team will be in touch to discuss this further with you. Following these discussions, a motion will be submitted to the first General Meeting of the year to be discussed and voted on.
