Do you want to learn some new skills to complement your Latin dance? We are holding special mid-semester Halloween-themed Latin Dance classes on the 2nd November, in a collaboration with AirTV.
When: 26th October 2022, 6pm-9pm
Where: The Venue (on Campus, Underground, next to Starbucks)

6pm-7.15pm: Beginners' Rumba Guaguancó class with our Cuban Salsa teacher John
7.15-pm-8.15pm: Introduction to Bachata Songs Workshop with our Bachata teachers Vesko & Sofia
8.15pm-9pm: Spooky social/practice
Important information:
During our first Halloween session, you will be introduced to a new Afro-Cuban dance, Rumba Guaguancó. Although this is not like our usual class, this can help you develop your skills when you're dancing Cuban Salsa!
If you are joining us for our Rumba Guaguacó class, make sure you bring with you...
...a handkerchief or a bandana, if you're a leader
...a scarf if you're a follower.
As always, although this is a Halloween session and we encourage you to dress up, make sure you wear clothes that are comfortable for you and that won't hinder yourself or others while dancing. :)
This will be a collaboration between the Latin Dance Society and AirTV Society of the University of Stirling, which will be present at the event, taking pictures and videos. If you're not comfortable with appearing in the photos/videos, please let a member of committee know beforehand.
