Neil Kisserli currently works as a Press Officer at the Bank of England.
He graduated in 2005 from the University of York, and then spent 18 months travelling in the Middle East.
After a few false starts, Kisserli started working in financial regulation at the Financial Services Authority.
He then worked in Amsterdam at the Dutch Central Bank, and subsequently at the European Council and European Commission in Brussels, working on economic policy.
After that he moved back to London and retrained as a journalist (MA Broadcast Journalism at City University) and worked for the BBC.
He spent most of his time working in news, as a producer on the Today program, but also produced some documentaries and did some news gathering in Algeria in 2018.
