Here at the Students' Union, we're so excited about the start of the new term next month. We have a host of events and activities for all students to enjoy. It's also our chance to showcase all the Student's Union has to offer during your time at Stirling.
|
We want to ensure you have a memorable and helpful start to the year, so we've planned something for everyone to enjoy! From welcome fayres to tours, the UV Welcome party to the Silent Disco, you'll wonder how you'll pack it all in! We've also got a series of meet and greets through the first two weeks so you can get to know one another. You can check out the full programme for Welcome Week on the Union's website.

For events which require tickets, these are now on sale. Whether you're wanting to grab a week pass or get tickets for individual events, you'll find all the information you need, including our FAQs, on the Union’s website. We know that some may be waiting on results so our second and final ticket launch will begin at 09:30am on Thursday 14th August so make sure you don't miss out!

Develop your skills & opportunities
|
Throughout the week, you'll be able to visit the Union's Societies and Sports Teams to find out how you can get involved. Taking part in extracurricular activity whilst at University is a great boost to your skills and CV, so be sure to visit the Societies Fayre and Sports Bazaar to find out more. You’ll also meet our Sabbatical and Volunteer Officers, find out more about Academic Representation at our dedicated Academic Fayre and find out how you can get involved in our upcoming Autumn Elections.

Keep up-to-date on the Union’s website and follow us on Instagram for the very latest news. You can also plan ahead and grab your Union Shop Welcome Week Bundle which includes the classic Stirling hoodie! We also have a limited number of Household starter packs available from the Green & Blue Space. We'll be adding more events and activities as we get closer to the start of term (including the chance to pre-order items from our sustainability hub, the Green & Blue Space) so don't miss out! We provide a huge range of student activities from events, Societies and Sports teams to our Sustainability hub, the Green and Blue Space, and Community Garden. Getting involved with Your Union gives you the best opportunities to meet new people and do the things you love. We provide you with advice and support throughout your degree so be sure to come say hi during Welcome Week!
