Vote Cameron-Park for the Part!

The part to improve your student union as Co-Curricular officer, focusing on resourcing activities, bringing expansion to the current community impact as well as implementing a volunteering system to maximise the efforts of those in societies. Throughout my time at the University of Stirling, I have noticed a gap in our student union that brings charity work, community volunteering and impact into your degree. My goal is to help close this gap, by encouraging a hybrid of volunteering both online and in-person for your societies, tis is to ensure that all regardless of disability, finanical background and gender that you are able to become the very best that you could be. By voting me as the part, I want to bring the Saltire Awards to our students' union, I want to encourage all societies to volunteer and help with the local community, whether this is by providing food to those that need it or by helping a local charity make posters and online materials.

By my previous expereinces running a volunteer initative for Zeta Kappa Rho on campus, helping the Reclaim Stirling Campaign as well as assisting those in the community in Stirling - I believe I can fulfil this part and make Stirling prideful of the students around them.
