the fair share

The Fair Share is the outlet for the Union's reuse project. Here, you'll find the most amazing things looking for a new home. We try to offer what you need, when you're most likely to need it. So, for example, during Freshers' and Refreshers' Week, the Fair Share has everything for your kitchen and flat, while in autumn we try to make sure we have lots of warm clothes on offer to get you through the dreary weather.

Whatever you need, make sure you check the Fair Share before buying something new! Since 2013, an incredible 36.45 tonnes of goods have been either reused or recycled through The Fair Share project.

The Fair Share is located in the Green + Blue Space, nestled between the book shop and Union shop in the Atrium.

We are a Revolve standard outlet, find out more about this here.

Unopened food and drink - these will be donated to Start Up Stirling to be used in their food packs.

Bras - we've now teamed up with Against Breast Cancer and you can help by donating unwanted bras. For every kilo collected Against Breast Cancer will receive £1 to support breast cancer research to improve detection and increase survival after diagnosis for both men and women.
