We have 2 main training sessions a week taken by a coach and also have a Strength and Conditioning session which helps everyone get up to speed and learn the basics.
We compete in the BUCS Scottish 1A league and games are held on Wednesday's. We have several socials throughout the year. Being part of SUWRFC is like being part of a family - everyone gets on with each other and it's a fab way to make friends for life!
