The Big Spring Clean is back at the University of Stirling, and we’re inviting you to get involved!

From 26 April, we’ll be collecting your pre-loved items to give them a new home and support our work at the Green & Blue Space. Whether it’s kitchenware, clothing, books, small electronics, homeware, or sealed, in-date food, your donations help us reduce waste and build a circular economy on campus.

With your support, the Green & Blue Space has already saved upwards of 21 tonnes of food through our Community Food Initiative, prevented 90 tonnes of CO2e emissions, run our annual Climate Festival, and creates 4 student sustainability jobs and so much more!

Drop-off points are available across these campus residences and key locations:

๐Ÿงบ Spittal Hill - Laundry

๐Ÿข Alexander Court - Reception

๐Ÿข Union Street - Reception

๐ŸŒฟ The Union Office - Atrium

๐Ÿงบ John Forty’s Court - Laundry

๐Ÿข Beech Court - Reception

๐Ÿข Andrew Stuart Hall - Reception

๐Ÿข Juniper Court -  Reception

We’re also recruiting volunteers to help run the campaign. Get in touch with gabi.brame@stir.ac.uk to get involved!

Clear some space, donate what you can, and help us keep our work going.
