Hi there, welcome to Powerlifting!

Powerlifting is a strength sport with a focus on the Squat, the Bench Press, and the Deadlift. It is a great sport to introduce people to strength exercise.

We train 4x a week and do socials! So feel free to tag along if you want to get stronger and make friends.

 

Training times

Mo > 15:00 - 17:30 @ Allangrange

Wed > 20:00 - 22:00 @ Performance Suite

Fri > 16:00 - 18:00 @ Allangrange

Sat > 15:00 - 18:00 @ Performance Suite
