We are a club open to people of all levels of expereince and abilities.
Join us if you are interested in learning the basics of barbell weight training, getting in shape with like-minded people and/or improving your techniques for the main 3 lifts that being the deadlift, the bench press and the squat in a relaxed, informal environment. Whether you are training towards a goal, simply looking to challenge yourself or maybe even compete as part of the university team come along, where we provide a beginner training program created by our very own captains.
