A bit about Art Club . .
  If you enjoy creating art - doodles included - then this is a club for you! Whether you actively use art as a creative medium, used to have art as a hobby, or whish to try something new; Art Club aims to aid your creative joys.
  With the use of the room in the weekly meets, we try to provide a space where you can work on current art projects, starting something new, or see about doing a collaborative artwork with the members. Our members have varied preferred mediums and subjects, and there are always interesting artworks throughout.
  Usually, we have exhibitions at the end of each semester that we can work towards having our art pieces in.

So . . . you paint, do you?
  No, we do not, per sa, focus on specific mediums. Whatever medium members are interested in, they are welcome to share with the club what they create with it which, in turn, can help others in arty aspirations. Many of our members' art have diverse, yet complementing, styles and subject.

Art materials . .
  Although we do have some supplies in the art cupboard, you're welcome to bring your own materials, too. We have some materials available, so there are many mediums to have a go at: from acrylic and oil paints, to pastels and watercolours, to pencils and pens.

Who can join the club?
  Anyone's welcome, you don't have to be a student to join.

Art Club Meetings
We meet weekly on Tuesdays starting at 6:30pm in Cottrell 2B87. We have a range of themed nights and chilled events to work on your own projects!
