We are the Scottish Gaelic Society at the university! We set up this society to give people the opportunity to learn or practice their Gaelic as we know there are limited opportunities to explore this side of Scottish culture. We would like to offer people a space to learn the language and find out more about Gaelic culture and how it has influenced and continues to influence Scotland's culture.

We like to put an emphasis on socialising as this creates an environment to make friends, create connections and opportunities and to utilise the language with those of all skill levels!

Our meetings are held every Thursday. Time of meeting alternates weekly, one week 7-8pm (social meeting) and the next 6-8pm (teaching session/socialising).  Venues include The Settle Inn (91 St Mary's Wynd, Stirling FK8 1BU), the Student Union bar and booked rooms in the university buildings. The venue will be disclosed every week in a group chat once you sign up.

So siuthad oirbh, sign up - it's only £5 ;)
