The Equipment Inventory form is sent out to all Club Presidents through email, but it can also be downloaded here. The Sports Union needs to have a record of all equipment owned by clubs as it needs to ensure that all equipment is fully insured throughout the year.
The Club Committee List is sent out via email to all Current Club Presidents, this must be completed and returned to the Sports Union as soon as possible after a club holds their AGM. It can be downloaded here. The Sports Union will be in contact with Club Presidents, old and new, from April to June and in contact with new Presidents from June onwards. This includes over the summer.
We are currently looking at ways to streamline this process for clubs and their members. We will update information here as soon as we can.
A Risk Assessment is required from each club so that Health and Safety Criteria is met. The Risk Assessment form contains information on working procedures for each sporting acitivity and the precautions required. The Risk Assessment form can be downloaded here.
