Final Trip Registration Form

An online Final Trip Registration Form must be completed by all Clubs before they go on any trip in a Hire Drive Vehicle or a Coach, this online form must be completed by the person who originally requesed the transport.

The deadline for submission of this form is 12 noon on the day before the trip. If the trip is a Sunday or Monday, it must be submitted by 12 noon on the Friday before.

Only those who are Club Members and Sports Union Members should be attending Club trips. If a participant is not both, they cannot travel.
