Transport Request Form
All participants on the online Transport Request form must be members of the Sports Union and also the Club or the request will not be processed.
A Transport Request Form must be submitted by any Club looking for transport to be booked for them. Any request for a weekend hire must be submitted by 12 noon on the Monday before, and any request for a Wednesday or other weekday hire must be submitted by 12 noon on the Thursday of the week before.
Requests will only be accepted from Club committee members that have already been granted permission by Sports Union to do so. Requests received from any other Club Member or Club Committee Member will not be processed.
