De-Stress week is a chance for you to unwind at the end of semester and to take a break from essays and exams. Join us in the Atrium for activities throughout the week as a break from the library! The Union is proud to present De-Stress Week as part of our Healthy Body, Healthy Mind programme.
Monday - #Stir5KaDay Final – we have gym equipment in the Atrium so come and finish your 5K a Day off with us. Teams are encouraged to turn up together and the winning club will be decided!
Tuesday – Atrium Games – come and have a go at bowls, mini-tennis and mini-golf!
Wednesday - #bleedgreen – with a number of sports taking place all over campus, it’s a great opportunity for you to get out and about and support some of our teams.
Thursday – Sports Day – we have badminton, netball and more for you to have a go at in between library stints. What better way to break from studying?
Friday – Garden Day – de-stress in our fantastic garden! Meet at the Green and Blue Space in the Atrium at 1.45pm. Don’t worry about suitable footwear, wellies are provided!
