Welcome to the Union Welfare, here to support you!
Hi there! I'm Mark, Vice President Welfare & Education and I am the student officer who runs the welfare and support services your student union provides for you.

The Union provides a wealth of services designed to provide advice and support throughout your time at Stirling. We can help you deal with any issue that might affect you while you are at Stirling, so whether you want advice as you embark on a new stage in your life away from home for the first time, if you're in the middle or near the end of your University career we are here to help you.

You might find that there are times when you want to talk to someone about the problems you are having or just want more information about an issue, if you find yourself wanting help and not really knowing who to turn to than you can always turn to the Union Welfare.

The majority of the people you can come to for help are students just like you and may have been through the same thing and are here to offer a friendly ear. You can either drop into ASC or call Nightline for TOTALLY CONFIDENTIAL and NON JUDGEMENTAL peer support.

Everyone needs a helping hand once in a while and there is no shame in asking for support, the Union Welfare is here so use it!
