•Fourth Year Economics Undergraduate
•Keen sportsperson and spectator
•Planning on a two year Masters of Management in Sport Management at University Technology Sydney
•Sports Union Executive Member
•Club President over two years
•Club committee member for four years
•Scottish development group:-American Football
•Aim to market the Sports Union as a brand, pushing for a corporate sponsorship to raise funds for the sports union clubs as a whole, taking the burden off teams for external sponsorship.
•Look to make the way the Sports Union works more transparent, encouraging club presidents to become more involved in the workings on the Sports Union as a whole.
•Endeavour to make the Sports Union work positively for each individual club.
•Work with the Sports Union members, SUSA, The Robbins Centre and The University to aim to re-establish a viable Glow sponsorship deal.
•Continue the upward trend of membership numbers, both for sports union clubs and casual membership.
•Encourage and facilitate the development of new sports union clubs’ such as the cue sports and skydiving clubs seen this year.
•Be an extra pair of hands for every Sports Union club to offer experience of being on club committees and the Sports Union Executive and ‘muck in’ to help where needed.
•Strive to put the clubs of Stirling University where they should be, on the sporting map of the country.
•The Sports Union is an integral aspect to Stirling University Life, something I would look to maintain and develop further if given the chance.
