Student Development & Support Services
In addition to the Union Welfare, the University also provides a wide range of support through its Student Development & Support Services department. With three distinct areas, SDSS can help you with almost any type of non academic problem or enquiry. You can find them on the 4th floor of Cottrell Y corridor, give them a ring on 01786 467 080 or check out their website www.student-support.stir.ac.uk
The Advice & Development area of the service deals with anything from finance issues to support for disabled students which includes those with dyslexia. All the advisers have lots of experience and expertise in their specific areas and are always more than happy to offer their advice. For further information or to get in touch just email:
