Exercise and Keeing Fit
As well as eating the right things you also need to exercise, rest and sleep, all of which are essential for physical and mental well being. Exercise will help you clear your mind and relax, which will make it easier to study.
The Sports Union offers a wide range of sports clubs and activities, so you are sure to find something you fancy having a go at even if you hated P.E. at school!
The swimming pool and gym on campus are also excellent, and even if you have never been to a gym before the advisors will tell you what's what and there is no need to feel you'd stand out as someone who shouldn’t be there, no matter your level of fitness there are people of all shapes and sizes so don't be afraid to give it a go.
