The Union is a membership organisation and is governed by a series of documents which are passed by the student body in referenda or at the union Council. The Union Constitution The Schedules to the Constitution Council Guide Clubs & Societies Guide Discipline Code 
This is the governing document of the Union, essentially saying why it is we're here, who's a member and how we're structured.
These go into the specifics of how the Union operates. From how the Sports Union works to how we run our elections.
This is a guide which the Union produces for all it's Council members so that have all the information they need at their fingertips.
This is a guide which the Union gives to all club committee members. This gives them all the information from how to deal with finances to how to book rooms.
