Affilation Forms
Please fill and submit Affiliation Forms via email to Union Secretary, Wendy Forbes at wf2@stir.ac.uk.
Please email the following documents from your University student email address for identity verification purposes.
Please note from 2010/11 memberships list and committee list MUST be submitted electronically.
Club Treasurers will still need to submit membership money in person at the Union office 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. You will also be asked to fill in a Risk Assessment form which must also be submitted and signed in person.
