Chase & Status // End Credits ft. Plan B
You may have heard us play the new one from Chase & Status quite a lot on Air3 recently, especially on the Big Bad Breakfast show, it's been a massive success so far, making it onto the playlist at Radio 1 and of course, here on Air 3 Radio. Chase & Status, made up of Will and Saul are just nearing the end of a massive tour, made up of over 30 dates across the country. If you've not heard it yet, firstly we would ask you WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? But it's well worth heading over to www.myspace.com/chaseandstatus.
A bit of background on the guys themselves – the first album 'More than a lot' was released on an independent label RAM last year and quickly sold over 60,000 and enabled them to quickly forge a large fan base, which is set to grow with the release of End Credits and the follow up to the debut album, which is set to be released early 2010.
They have been critically aclaimed for their remix work too, working with the likes of Jay-Z and The Prodigy. They also have worked on some tracks on Rhianna's highly anticipated next album. So it is well worth checking out the remixes!
The song End Credits features Plan B and is included in a forthcoming film Harry Brown starring Michael Caine, it's also well worth checking out the video to the guys new track. So watch out for Chase and Status over the next few months, no doubt End Credits won't be the only one on the Air3 playlist.
